So You Call Gen-Zs and Gen-Alphas the "Anxious Generation"?

So yeah, that is what we are going to be talking about today--anxiety. I personally suffer A LOT from it as I would always be thinking about the things I would need to complete everyday and there were always tasks that I would think about and maybe forget that I would need to do as I would think about them and not have the time and materials to record them down, which results in me feeling frustrated with myself and anxious that I have missed something important.
Maybe this is a universal thing, I don't know, but anxiety is the fear of mishaps in the future, however at least on my end, I know that mine comes from forgetting things so easily to the point where I sometimes question if my mental health age is within the normal teenage range. Okay, I know, this may sound kinda dramatic, but I think that this fear of always missing out on things is such a Gen-Z nature that FOMO is like the default symptom of everyone born between 2000-2010s. Even when I am scrolling on social media, I would always be afraid that I would miss out on something interesting, so I would just scroll and scroll and scroll until I realize that an hour had already passed within the time frame of just 3 posts.
This makes me realize how much Gen-Zs and Gen-Alpha fit into the term for "The Anxious Generation"--we are constantly thinking and not giving ourselves enough time to unwind and actually think about what we have done and are occupying our lives with. The rate of information that is being provided to us is faster than ever and it is available at any time, and in any form, wherever we are. I think this puts us at a more urgent position of actually sitting down to think and reflect, or else everyone's life is just going to be more hectic and more chaotic to the point where we won't even know who are we are and why we are making certain choices in our lives.
I hope you enjoyed this piece of writing by me (aka Margaret lol) and let me know about your thoughts on this topic in the comments below~
