Recyclable Materials可回收材料

When we throw away too much waste, what do we do? We either reuse them, or recycle them, but there is a fundamental difference between the two concepts, let's dive right in!

Reusing is automatically using the piece again. For example, you bought a plant at a store and there was a pot empty after the plant died, instead of throwing it in the trash can, we can wash the pot and use it for another purpose!

Recycling is when we break down the piece and use the breakdown materials to create something new. For instance, you drank water with a plastic bottle and when you throw that in the recycling bin, it will break down first, then created into another product.

Here is a list of materials that can be recycled:

1. Plastic: single use cutlery&cups

2. Paper: single use plates

3. Glass: cups, mugs

4. Aluminium: soda cans

5. Steel: straws

6. Concrete: bricks

7. Wood: lumber, furniture, plywood

8. Lead: paint, gasoline, cosmetics, batteries
